All the products you will find at VERDEXTRACT are carefully selected and tested recommendations — not just random products we found in the market and decided to include on our pages. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the products for a different size, color, or type, provided that the following conditions are met:
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their intact original packaging. Returns or exchanges of items that have been washed, worn, used, or are missing their packaging will not be accepted.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 10 working days from the day you received the products.
To process a return, you must include the purchase receipt (invoice) you received with your order in the return package, so we can cancel the transaction.
The return shipment must be made exclusively via courier and the return shipping cost (2€) will be deducted from the refund amount. (Returns from Cyprus are handled upon prior arrangement.)
Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days from the day we receive the returned item(s), either via bank transferif you paid cash on delivery, or via refund to your card if you paid with credit/debit card or PayPal.
The amount refunded will be the total value of the products minus the 2€ return shipping cost.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges for size, color, or type are accepted within 10 working days from the day you received the products.
The exchange process is handled by us, with a 3€ fee via cash on delivery.
We will send you the new product, and you will give the returning product to the same courier delivering the new one. Naturally, the returned item must be in the condition it was delivered to you (unused, with its packaging intact).
If the value of the new product is higher than the returned one, you pay the difference upon delivery, plus the 3€ exchange fee.
If the value is lower, we will refund you the difference via bank transfer or card refund, deducting the 3€ exchange fee.
Returns Due to Wrong Delivery
If you receive products different from those ordered, in type, quantity, or agreed characteristics, you must return them for verification.
In this case, both the return shipping costs and the cost to resend the correct products are covered by our company, provided you use the return method we suggest.
Returns of Defective Products
If a product is found to be defective and this is confirmed either by an authorized technician (warranty holder) or directly by verdextract.com, the following applies:
- Warranty is valid for a limited period specified in the product’s description.
- After the warranty period, repair or replacement is possible with an extra charge upon agreement.
- Returned defective products must include all accompanying documents (e.g., invoice, receipt) and be in full packaging. If the defect was discovered later and the packaging is no longer available or was taken by the courier, the packaging is not required.
- Returns are made either via our own means or via courier.
- If returned via courier, the customer covers shipping to us, and we cover shipping back after repair or replacement.
After inspection, if the defect is confirmed, we will either repair, replace, or cancel the transaction if neither is possible. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed via the same payment method used.
For card payments, we will notify the issuing bank to cancel the transaction. The bank’s timeframe for processing is independent of us.
For cash payments (store pickup), refunds will be issued at any verdextract.com store.
For bank transfers, refunds will be processed via reverse bank transfer.
If products are returned damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to claim compensation, which will be deducted from the refund.
Returns of Products with Defects on Arrival (DOA)
Products deemed defective on arrival (DOA) must be returned within 7 calendar days from delivery. Products must be undamaged and include all original documents and full packaging.
- Returned products will be inspected for defects reported by the customer.
- If confirmed, products will be replaced with a new identical item, or another item of equal value/quality if unavailable.
- If replacement is not desired, a full refund will be processed via the same payment method used.
- All return and reshipping costs are covered by verdextract.com.
- If products are returned damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to claim compensation as mentioned above.
Safe Products & Warranty Terms
All products offered by verdextract.com are certified safe and meet all applicable standards.
Products come with written instructions and a written warranty of reasonable duration (in Greek).
Warranty covers free repair if:
- You have the warranty document and proof of purchase.
- The device’s serial number is intact.
- The damage is not excluded under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU and Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015, consumers in the EU can resolve disputes via Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Right of Withdrawal (Unjustified Returns)
According to Law 2251/1994 (Art. 4, par. 10) and Ministerial Decision Z1-891/2013, consumers can withdraw from a distance sale without justification within 14 calendar days from delivery.
Products can be returned within 14 days if:
- They are in the same condition as received, unused, unopened, undamaged, in original factory packaging.
